Yoga For Healing is a series of Yoga videos conducted by Tera Bucasas – a certified Yoga instructor who aims to incorporate her Yoga teachings to send you on a journey of self healing and “betterness” as I like to call it.
Now I’m not a big fan of such activities (Throw Pilatis to the bunch as well ) – as i’m more of a hard core sports kind of guy – mountain biking being my major source of adrenalin inducer, and anything else which would include the elements and the chance to show off an impressive bruising .
But this time, just this once I tried myself on Yoga , letting my lack of flexibility (mental and physical) stand to the test.
From the start the soft music (I placed myself) and general atmosphere of serenity took me over only to show that i’m rather fossilized when it comes to my bending ability but even so – I found that Tera spoke to me and understood me for what I am.
I kept on , finding out this new magnificent world of Yoga which sent this peacefulness down every muscle cord and nerve ending .
I won’t lie – I found it hard and challenging but with the same breath made me want to go on and excelle . I probably do it again
